Heather Behling has built a strong and well-rounded insurance career since entering the industry in 2008, with experience spanning Medicare Supplements, Property & Casualty, production, and account servicing. Since joining MSTIS in 2022, she has become known for her professionalism, relationship-driven approach, and ability to deliver highly specialized guidance to clients across a broad range of industries.
As Assistant Vice President of Property & Casualty, Heather’s specialized expertise in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and distribution positions her as a key resource in driving both new business development and long-term client retention. She is recognized for building strong client relationships, demonstrating a positive leadership style, and providing responsive, expert consultation. Her continued professional development has also expanded her expertise in claims, loss control, and global insurance programs.
Heather holds degrees from James Madison University and Villanova University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their family dog.
