Emiko is an insurance executive with over 25 years of experience, began her career with a Japanese brokerage specializing in employee benefits, where her dedication to service excellence and ability to build strong client relationships led to leadership opportunities. As a co-founder of MST Insurance Solutions Inc., (formerly Seven Corners Insurance Solutions), Emiko has been instrumental in shaping the firm into the respected, service-driven organization it is today.

As Executive Vice President, she oversees agency operations across Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty, while also leading HR & Administration, and Finance, bringing together a broad range of responsibilities that support both the team and the organization as a whole. She values collaboration and takes pride in supporting her team, ensuring strategy and service remain closely aligned.

Emiko holds degrees from Osaka Jogakuin University and Metropolitan State University in Minnesota. Outside of work, she enjoys watching various sports, hiking, and traveling both domestically and internationally.
