Jennifer Builta is the Assistant Vice President of Employee Benefits at MST Insurance Solutions, bringing more than 24 years of experience in employee benefits and human resources. After beginning her career as a Human Resource Manager, she transitioned to the broker side of the industry in 2002, where she developed a reputation for strategic guidance, client advocacy, and practical benefits solutions.
Jennifer joined MST Insurance Solutions in 2021 working out of the Chicago office. Through her continued professional growth and leadership, she advanced to her current role as Assistant Vice President of Employee Benefits and now leads client consulting efforts related to benefits administration, renewals, funding strategies, cost containment, and financial forecasting. She is also passionate about mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth. Jennifer works closely with employers and MST’s business development team throughout the Midwest to deliver innovative and effective employee benefits solutions.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears.
