Stephanie Flores is Vice President of Employee Benefits and brings more than 20 years of experience helping employers create benefits programs that support both their business goals and their people. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has partnered with organizations across a variety of industries, with particular expertise in self-funded health plans, large-group consulting, compliance, carrier negotiations, and strategic benefits planning.
Stephanie enjoys building strong client relationships and helping employers navigate the often-complex world of employee benefits with confidence. Known for her thoughtful, practical approach, she works closely with clients to develop solutions that enhance the employee experience, manage costs, and address evolving workforce needs. She is also passionate about mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, service-focused culture. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA. Outside of work, she enjoys film photography, reading (big fan of Erik Larson and historical nonfiction), and exploring the outdoors with her daughter.
